If your jewelry should need to be repaired, we will be happy to make repairs on the clasp and/or stringing materials. Our jewelry is made of the finest semi-precious stones, stringing materials, clasps, and findings. We use only sterling silver or gold filled metals in our designs. Color variations are common among natural stones and should be expected as they add to the uniqueness of the piece. returns and exchanges
If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, articles will be accepted for merchandise credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition (unbroken, with tag attached). Credit cards are billed immediately; products are shipped within 3 business days from the date of purchase unless otherwise indicated.
Standard delivery is via UPS 3 day Select and is insured for the cost of the item. If the item is out of stock, we will notify you of the anticipated delivery date. Shipping and handling per package (up to one pound, domestic) is a flat rate of $15.00.
